We started Urban One as we felt the market needed a training facility beyond the offering of a standard commercial gym. That is why we created one of Ireland’s first original high-end fitness studios. Our journey began when our two founders chose to collaborate in designing a contemporary deluxe training facility. They chose our first location to be situated on the outskirts of Limerick City. We are one minute from the motorway and accessible from anywhere in Limerick, Clare or Tipperary. We have a great management team, marketing team and of course training team.   All of our trainers are highly qualified, experienced, helpful and friendly.
