When it comes to gyms in Limerick, we think Urban One is hard to beat. Located 30 seconds from the motorway, we are less than 15 minutes from anywhere in Limerick City.  

A members only facility, we offer small group classes, high and low intensity, Spinning and 1-1 personal training sessions.   We are not an "open" public gym.   Appointment only please!
